I am the founder of Persian Delights By Mali, a catering business that started during 2020. I initially catered for takeaway customers before branching out to catering for larger events including weddings and parties. I now also have frozen meals available both directly from me as well as in local independent delis and food shops. I cater for a range of dietary requirements including, gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian.
