About me

I am the founder of Persian Delights By Mali, a catering business that started during 2020. I initially catered for takeaway customers before branching out to catering for larger events including weddings and parties. I cater for a range of dietary requirements including, gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian. I also teach cookery classes and have been featured in Woman and Home magazine.
